Kahlua Cupcakes

Happy Birthday to me! I always love to look at fellow vegan's posts about their birthdays because it's almost inevitable that we make our own birthday cakes! No complaints here, there is no place I'd rather be than in the kitchen making myself some cupcakes!

These are Kam's Kahlua Kanary Kake (from Cozy Inside) made into cupcakes. There is creem cheeze buttercreem frosting both inside and on top, dusted with a little cocoa and topped off with a small, but decadent, square of Green & Blacks espresso chocolate.

Oh..can't take coffee. But they look good..they look just like the ppk choco banana cupcakes I made today with my best friends. Anyway a very happy birthday!

Lots of birthday wishes to you (a little late)!!! It is kind of funny how we all bake for ourselves on our b-days. It's cute though. Can't wait to get your book in the mail so I can make some of those cupcakes!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
You'll have to come to San Francisco for a birthday one year, so you don't have to make your own cake- we can order an ice cream cake from Maggie Mudd!

I'm SO sorry I missed this post- happy belated birthday!! And way to celebrate in style, woman! Those cupcakes are amazing... and it's so true- since becoming vegan, not only do I bake everyone else's b-day cakes, but my own as well. Like you, I wouldn't have it any other way.
