I always sub the sour cream for yogurt though, since vegan sour cream is hard to come by.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4886901506309063491.post-39615315915343645422009-07-07T16:22:44.683-07:002009-07-07T16:22:44.683-07:00This is baking in my oven as I type! I halved your recipe, and used more vanilla soy yogurt instead of sour cream substitute, and even though I halved the recipe I still put in one (small) lemon's worth of zest and juice, rather than half. I can't wait to take it out! Thanks!kibbleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16185030390679667464noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4886901506309063491.post-43580135294879471352008-02-09T07:38:00.000-08:002008-02-09T07:38:00.000-08:00Well...a carton (4 cups) of SOydream costs me S$5....Well...a carton (4 cups) of SOydream costs me S$5. 3.5 cups (a tub) of Wildwoods costs me S$12. Soymilk, even Soydream, which is the more costly soymilks in Singapore cause it's imported from the USA, is cheaper than soygurt.

I think I'm better off with thesoymilk idea. What vegandad did was replace soygurt with tofu blended with a Tbsp of lemon juice.mustardseedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06971860107118017172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4886901506309063491.post-71441882358064956882008-02-07T13:45:00.000-08:002008-02-07T13:45:00.000-08:00Holy YUM!! Up the lemon flavoring a little bit, and you should be good to go!
